6. Basic rates
Going forward, basic rates will be broken down into separate rows according to the services used by the property. The basic rate price depends on the purpose of use and floor area of the property. The factor is the factor in accordance with the property type used in the calculation of the basic rate, e.g. 3.0 for a detached house.

7. Estimated and adjustment bill
An estimated bill is used to invoice the metered charges in accordance with the annual estimate. An adjustment bill is used to balance the metered charges. We invoice the actual water consumption in accordance with the meter readings and reimburse you for the water consumption that has already been invoiced with estimated bills.

6. Water meter readings
Due to the switch in our invoicing system, the reading dated 1 March 2020 is an estimate calculated by HSY, up to which we have billed you as estimated consumption. The new reading is the latest reading reported by you. The consumption to be billed is the difference between these readings.

8. Balancing of metered charges
An adjustment bill is used to balance the metered charges. We invoice the actual water consumption in accordance with the meter readings and deduct the water consumption amount from it that has already been invoiced with estimated bills. The difference between these is shown as the amount to be billed.
