The careful processing and protection of personal data is important to us. Personal data is stored only for justified reasons. Personal data is primarily needed for the implementation of water and waste management services and for communication. We process data carefully and securely, and we also require the same from our subcontractors and partners. Request to inspect register data
Requests for the right to inspect your own personal data can be submitted to HSY using the electronic form for the right to inspect your own data below, or by visiting HSY’s office in Ilmala to fill in the form. HSY will not accept requests to inspect your own data submitted in any other way. You can also use this form to notify us of the exercise of other right under the General Data Protection Regulation relating to the processing of your personal data (such as requests for the rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your own personal data).
HSY always verifies the identity of the person before processing the request. Submitting the electronic form requires strong electronic authentication, and when you visit HSY’s office, you will be asked to present a photo ID.
