Waste management bill

The invoicing periods for the waste management’s customer properties are usually 1–3 months.

The waste management invoice includes information on the agreed waste management services. The collection day or week for waste containers is not shown on the invoice. On the collection day, if we also collect excess waste, such as refuse sacks left next to waste containers, we will add the amount of excess waste and the collection day to the invoice. The tank collection day is also shown on the invoice.

Waste management bill’s invoicing frequency

Consumer clients will receive a bill every three months. Housing cooperatives, communities and companies will receive a bill every month. We will send a bill when the charged total exceeds EUR 50, at least once a year.

The waste management bill’s due date will no longer be the date of the next bill. In future, the due date will be 21 days from the date of the bill for all waste management bills.

You may request a change to your invoicing frequency if it is not suitable for you, your company or the property you manage.

  • The invoicing frequency of a consumer client can be set to once a month or every two months.
  • The invoicing frequency of a housing cooperative, community and company can be set to every two months if the monthly payment is less than EUR 200.
  • The invoicing frequency can be set to every three months if the monthly payment of a housing cooperative, community or company is less than EUR 100.
  • The invoicing frequency can be increased again when necessary.

Presentation of the waste management bill

Waste management bill includes a page summarising all the services charged over the invoicing period.

Waste management fees for consumer clients include VAT, which is displayed as additional information next to the total of the bill. The fees for housing cooperatives, communities and companies will be displayed without VAT on the invoice rows and the total VAT will be displayed in its own row before the overall total of the bill.

You can learn more about the waste management bill in the instructions for reading the bill.

Contract-specific reference numbers

The bill reference number is contract-specific. Your payments will primarily be targeted at the oldest open bill on your contract.

Please note! Different contracts have different reference numbers. For example, water bills are paid using a reference number of their own.
