In the MyHSY service, you can view your customer information and manage your matters with HSY. You can log in to the service using your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

We are actively developing the service. We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement so that we can enhance the service before the official launch.

What can you do in the MyHSY service?

  • Update your contact information: Easily update your contact details to stay informed about HSY’s announcements.
  • View your water and waste bills: See all your bills in one place and track your payment information.
  • View and modify your waste service order details: Check the status of your orders and make necessary changes.
  • Check upcoming waste bin collection dates according to your waste service order: Stay updated on upcoming waste bin collections.
  • Submit water meter readings: Enter your water meter readings directly in the service.
  • Monitor your property's water consumption: Easily view your water consumption trends in a graphical format.
  • Authorize someone else to handle matters with HSY on your behalf: If necessary, grant another person the right to manage your matters.

Note: Initially, the MyHSY service is only available for private customers. Business customers and property managers will have access to the service during 2025.
