A pipe break has occurred on the main line on Salomonkatu in Helsinki

In Kamppi Helsinki, at Salomonkatu 1, a pipe break on the main line has occurred. As a result of the break, there is a significant amount of water in the area, but it does not hinder movement in the area.

Repairs have started, and the leak on the Kamppi side has been sealed. A vacuum truck is expected to arrive, after which the leak on the Mannerheimintie side will also be sealed.

The situation will not cause any water supply disruptions, and the construction site is cordoned off in a way that allows movement in the area despite the ongoing work.
